A friend told me maybe 5 weeks ago that Minesweeper has a concept (I was randomly clicking any fields in 2005)... Now that I know I am totally addicted and had to download it on to my iPhone! Love this app

Only one Ive found with the zoom option. But Ive noticed mistakes on the boards. If not for the mistakes I would have rated 5 stars.

Fun and challenging

Normally I dont write reviews but this game is unplayable. Tried tapping different boxes and you can see it being pressed down but it doesnt reveal whats underneath. Pressed maybe 20 boxes before anything happened. However, flagging boxes seems to work just fine.

How can you even play this game with all the pop up ads? I am an obsessive minesweeper addict but these ads are completely out of control. Every time you click a mine, you get a pop up for some other game and have to force quit. Every.Single.Time. Deleting this one now.

Fun classic minesweeper game. And a comment to those cry baby whiners about too many ads. PAY the meager 2 bucks to get rid of ads if you like the game! You have an overpriced iPhone and cant afford 2 bucks?

The basic ads were fine. Now I get a 10-second video ad after every game, which means that 10 seconds out of every minute are given up to blaring ads for things of absolutely no interest to me. Its Minesweeper aversion therapy. It has worked very well in that regard: uninstalling.

The gameplay is fine if a little glitch-y. A lot like the old game. I dont find the ads too annoying. My main problem is that just going into the app turns off my music or podcast playing in the background. I turned the apps sound off and it makes no difference. Thats annoying and unnecessary so Im deleting.

And still addictive. Love this relaxing habit.

We users cant seem to get back to the game when we choose to change a setting. The game must be closed in order to get back to the game.

I like Minesweeper, and this is the best free iPhone one Ive seen.
